You answered your own question with a question.

I don't see what they are actually Escorowing or where the direction is going on the project.  They are very active on twitter, but most talk is of coinburn, change of of exchanges, nothing direct about the product or what is being achieved. I have edited this post, as i am going to withdraw from the scam comments, but a lack of team, lack of direction, does not raise any real reason to invest in my opinion.
