NEO is a 100% premined coin, isnt it? Why is it so exciting? ETH already does everything it doesand. No? O and ETH is mine-able to its a fair distribution. Unike NEO that is 100% mined by its founder and he is the sole distributor of it and selling every single coin and collecting the BTC.
People are so dumb.
There was an ICO for 1/2 the coins and investors were fully aware of the coin distribution in advance. Having a large amount of funds for development, marketing and partnerships is a good thing at the scale they are aiming for. Also they have not been dumping their shares. This is no pump and dump org.
