I'm surprised thast there isn't a restriction here that prevents new members from poating anywhere other than in the beginners forum until they have made 10 posts, or achieved a certain rank. I would have thought that would make the forum easier to moderate, and may cut down on the creation of alts.
When I joined there was a Newbie jail but for some reason that I never worked out, it has was done away with a long time ago. I would be all for bringing it back.
