It's very nice that you made the coin swap possible (many devs would have deleted the old coin and made a new one and avoid the swapping extra work), you gain a lot of trust by doing this.
You changed the algo only because of NH, or there were other problems too? If NH will add the new algo what is your plan?

We changed the algo not only because of NH, considering the cost of electricity in Brazil, lyra2z makes more sense since it spends much less than lyra2v2.
If and when Nicehash lists Lyra2z, the chain will hopefully have enough Hashrates to deal with the swings of difficulty.
I wonder if there is a single pool with new blockchain algo lyra2z ?

why is the block reward for the small?
Because of low diff, it's an instamine protection to be fair with everyone, it's only until block 5k so you can keep mining lyra2v2 for now.
