He talks about the constitution a lot. He's a big fan of the New Hampshire constitution.
Even the part that makes it legal to revolt against the government?
I believe he served on the redress of grievances committee before the new guard disbanded it.
I don't know if the exploratory committee is taking a position on article 10.
It will not come up. I just like that NH has it in their Constitution.
