If Korea cannot ban bitcoin then no one can do it as according to that it is impossible for anyone to ban bitcoin. And it is already experienced by Russia when they banned bitcoin and after a few months they started again the use of bitcoin and they experienced that without bitcoin they will lose the future benefits.
