Looks like wallet is back syncing again... 
Same problem. 0 Connection since hours. Everything worked well inbefore.
Any workaround or just wait for update?

This may not make you happy, but I faced the same problem this past week. I believe it was partly caused by their change to 2FA withdrawal confirmation and the system was wacky, but also I logged in and accidentally used 2FA with 1 of the numbers wrong, I got the same banned message repeatedly for the entire day. Then I used another web browser to try and it was like magic, I was back in as normal, after i logged in with a different browser it unbanned me on chrome browser....no more problem after that.
Thank you for sharing your experience with the exchanger. If i will run into further probs i know its not on my site.
