Hi! Couldn't find any topics on bitcointalk about ICO of Telegram messenger. Not sure that this topic belongs to this discussion board but couldn't find anything more relevant...
So is it for real that Telegram is planning a huge ICO or internet is just going crazy about fake news?
That still just a rumor like what facebook has,there are some news that they will create their own cryptocurrency but i doubt there will be no facebook cryptocurrency as they already restrict paid ICO promotions in facebook.So is it for real that Telegram is planning a huge ICO or internet is just going crazy about fake news?
