Hi! Couldn't find any topics on bitcointalk about ICO of Telegram messenger. Not sure that this topic belongs to this discussion board but couldn't find anything more relevant...
So is it for real that Telegram is planning a huge ICO or internet is just going crazy about fake news?
There is not official announcement yet so this is to be considered just rumour for now,it was first rumoured a month ago but until now theres no single announcement from the telegram,lets just wait for the announcement so we can be sure of it.So is it for real that Telegram is planning a huge ICO or internet is just going crazy about fake news?
