Dev will come back but with a different username. Most likely he is around us but not speaking, everything was in his calculations. 
Maybe he have a lot of sell order need somebody buy ? 
ya , DEV is alive and active in bitcointalk , but with different project name and another new account i think the same. dev is alive and active here in the forum. maybe he trys to scam people with other projects or he is still busy to buy nice stuff with all the money he makes with ethd.
Probably running multiple scam projects at the same time so that he can scam more people out of money this time.
thats maybe possible. I do not want to know how much money he has already made with it. bad world.
