Well I did some research and amazon has added cookies option, Existing wvdownloader 1.9.2 doesn't have cookie option hence it cannot fetch mpd urls and widevine license.
I tried to insert cookie manually to a packet but cannot get it working  

Anyways I am looking for wvclient which is built in python with amazon and primevideo addon, if someone has it kindly contact me through PM.
