first . its not just PRL , all of altcoins is dead, with down trend since a week's ago.
u can see bloody hell red on coinmarket, almost all of them make bigger losser to me, may not just me.
second , as far i know , PRL still have a good planing on the project.
we know about Testnet A is seems real project.
so my suggestion , just HODL .
