I have checked and that card is sadly hynix as well  . I have tried sligltly overclocking the card (+500 memory ) and  I got 18,5 MH/s. So you guys suggest I shold be minning Z cash or some other coin? What is the best algorithm for hynix gtx 1060 3 gb card??
