They receive money from customers, they give out money from customer to loans.. Banks maybe have only 25% liquidity.

Banks are tightly regulated and have deposit insurance and still manage to fuck it up occasionally. But in your genius mind it's exactly the same as some anonymous dude in an unpronounceable place running a ponzi scheme over the intertubes.
