I submitted a ticket 2 days ago and still not being replied. I understand kraken is a big exchange and must have thousands of people in their platform but how much complains do you get everyday that my ticket was buried in a pile of tickets? My complain is just about the BTC I've sent to an address that were now gone in the list of addresses I have.
