Are US residents allow to participate in this ICO?

This is a big project it will all depend on how it will be valued by the SEC in the US.
Most ICO's now ban all US residents due to all the SEC uncertainty.
banning US residents will be a huge downside for ICOs, for this community, So hopefully it won't happen like said in around.
All too often this is the case (US residents getting excluded) so I wouldn't be surprised if it happens here. There is often just too much risk for a project to delay/jeopardize it in the event of any SEC class action.
I didn't know that this procedure is so often? I am sad about our future in this world. But no worries, either way with or without US residents kepler project has everything to fulfill its potential. The idea, the seriousness of them, everything is wonderful.
