This gonna be a gamble on your side. Which in my preference I won't do that.
There's other way to have a bitcoin that you don't need to sell your own house. Start earning at bounties like signature campaign. By doing that, you can have your token and exchange this to bitcoin. This may take a few months to make it happen at least you did not sacrifice to sell your house.
Anyway it's your choice to make.
