Did you miss it? Bitcoin already hit 7.500 USD on gdax and went under on other exchanges, check out the candle wicks. This could easily, easily go below 7k and if that level of support breaks who knows where we will stop.

Lowest bitcoin price I saw was $7,900 which was several hours ago but immediately recovered to $8,000+. You're right we could still see bitcoin continue to go down to the $7,000 mark we just don't know when and how long this correction would last.

I suggest you to wait a little longer before buying bitcoins because the downward trend of the price is not stopping. The current news about bitcoin is affecting the price and the people involved are from the government they're the ones you could say "correcting bitcoin".
