The op and the above poster made correct, when you given negative trust for someone merit system then you should consider to do same thing for Lauda.
Right... because Lauda totally has a reason to farm merit. 
It's non constructive and lauda posts is constructive for you. Whenever a post appears against Lauda the same gang appears. Is this is hijacking threads?
In my opinion, yes: Lauda has some unconstructive posts. However, unlike many spammers, there are actual constructive posts that balance it out.

I'm not a moderator so I don't 'maintain forums'. I don't see how experience is relevant.
