if this news is true, why from the telegram team haven't announce it until now? All of these are maybe rumors but tons of investors are waiting for an official announcement from Durov himself. Telegram ICO is going to be a huge success, I too will definitely invest in this project. Furthermore, proper annoncement from the telegram team is what makes this rumors official.
