What will motivate people on your syndicate to look out for each other? Are you giving coins to people who participate in meaningful ways? Otherwise I don't see why or how this would work. Eventually the few enthusiasts that actually participate will get bored and leave.

And yes I'm extremely skeptical because it seems that everyone wants to involve ICOs and coins into their projects without any reason.
