I also thought that the SDK would be released in February and according to this guy @MaxKordek it will be in April
There is no link because it's not official, just a community rumor. The SDK will not be released in one package but in steps over the year. The first step will not be done before or in April.
I doubt Lisk Core 1.0 is going to be finish any time soon, the guy just waiting for Ark.v2 to be finished so he can copy. I can assure you Ark.v2 at 56% but it will be finished before Lisk Core v1 at 95%
