Is it important to have a telegram? Why can't it be based off the Bitcointalk account. I have one already, everyone here has one already.
Because telegram is our main channel for two way communication with the community, bitcointalk is not. However no worries, just pm me your waves address (only if your waves wallet features an assets tab) and you will be included anyways.
