I recently bought $830 worth of E-Gift certificates at newegg with bitcoins (through two forum posters) and only used $630 as I bought a laptop for less than I thought I was going to need. I have $200 worth of credit left, will sell for a 5% premium for BTC. So, take BTC market rate and up their worth by 5%, you send, I ship goods worth $200. Will spend slightly more if I need to and just put it on my credit card to make things easier, will also sell in smaller increments.
