I think most likely this scenario folds out: a falling wedge as bullish reversal lasting over around 3 months.

We have tested the bottom support line quite good and as we saw a double bottom now, so I expect we test the mid- to higher 9ks next (a slight dip here to retest the downside might be expectable as well). The pattern would tell us we do not go above 10k in the coming cycle. Following this scenario, we could expect afterwards another drop in the 7ks and somewhen afterwards a reversal of the trend with a slower or faster recovery.

If we play the wedge till the end, we could (taking Bitstamp as reference) go even to 5k.

Hence I am:

Short term: More bullish (next 1-2 days)

Mid term: Bearish (next month)

Long term Bullish (2018)
