Thank you, Erick! I also asked another guy who have done Polish translation and he said, that he received bounty. I started translation after was sure that everything will go smooth. But another guy from Russia said, that he received only half of bounty, but he done Russian traslation in ~1 week after me! 
Looks like Russians always have problems
1 Russian received half bounty for translation, 1 Russian received 0 bounty for reposts, 1 Ukrainian received 0 bounty for 2 translations 
I guess if I will do deeper research - I'll find more people, who have received nothing. I have a question - what the sense to promise to pay bounty and not to pay it? Seems like it's promotion for the coin for free, but in fact it's ruining trust. I'm not angry, will continue to spectate this circus, especially "ATM and Manhattan center" drama-episode
