Update added with  Btc price 9170

NO down trend more, new update coming soon! 9540 coming!
With down trend i mean btc wil go not under 9K

I add this, beacase this are also imporant for Altcoins. when btc go up, altcoins go also up, so it depens on BTC.


As  exepect we wil go to breakout 9540 + ---< bitfinex rate --- and the pump wil also be on bitfinex next time.

i wil add no update more ,until we are over 9540.

when its on 9540, it can go all ways, so i need check than it again, and add update.
