It is very tiny line between 9K and 5K  
Still, bitcoin touched 8K, even lower and from that point started increasing. So there are two possibilities - this is only short and we will really see 5K in next few weeks or people will invest this time for long and we will see new ATH this year. I think second option has bigger chances because what I expect to see this year is - regulation by local authorities - which won't leave any place for further FUD and fake news, and second - lightning network and by-by to high fees. Anyway, this year is going to be very hard year for crypto.
