I can confirm that stocks.exchange GOA withdrawals seem not to be working. I have tried to send 1 GOA to my wallet (just to make sure) and the withdrawal is stucked without TX address in my withdrawal history. I have used this exchange to create desire masternode last week without any issue and I do agree with you that GOA developers should get in touch with Stocks.Exchange. If we could at least get an assurance that our money is safe and are being dealt with.
