If you read properly the Airdrop has been done already to bring 40M coins in circulation (40% of 100M mx) so there won't be another airdrop on Nuls.

the tokens were airdropped to inchain ico (anti counterfeiting project) contributors who did not seek a refund after china stopped icos. inchain will be one of the side chains on nuls.
