They never released my BTC it shows in my billing details as an order id, but there's no transaction id or anything else to indicate that they processed the transaction. I filed a ticket and they said cancel the withdrawal and send the btc to gate.io. But there's no option to cancel the bitcoin withdrawal anywhere on their website.
