Some very sensitive fellas here these days. I'm just a little piss ant hobby miner, but I've been here two years so I know who the good guys & gals are...and Carl is one of the good guys - very knowledgeable and very helpful. And Kano really knows his stuff, is totally transparent and brutally honest (sometimes a bit kurt, but we like him that way - no BS). Soooo...I really appreciate all the new miners helping out this pool, but for goodness sake, if you can't take some corrective criticism, well yes...exit signs are clearly marked. No offense intended.
