Indeed. Though market cap is now well above $150 billion again, which is a good sign.
I think that right now, people are still trying to figure out what is going to happen. Imo we've had 2 days worth of bullish markets already, which is a good start for the recovery. I do expect the $10k mark to be broken once again, though it will prove to be a challenge.
Expect some sideways movement at first, but after the sideways movement a big pump in price to bring it up to $12k+.
Though in the short term, we could be seeing some more small-scale dumps. I don't see much point with the 9540 target by OP though.
