Some major cause of poverty is a high demand of a bug family unemployed needys the poors in the street asking for money help and foods
Education is best solution for poverty issue, because if you are educated you can easily find a job. Country who suffer poverty has weak educational system and the government leader was also not a good leader. That's my thought
