ICO goes with Seychelles law applied and by Seychelles company as the tokens Distributor. so there is no KYC requirements at this moment. Meanwhile Distributor reserves its right to request further some documents in terms of KYC/AML. So Distributor may enforce some KYC procedures if they will be further obligatory according to the laws applied.
