This is not applicable everytime, the Bitcoins price doesnt matter as long as you dont have holdings or any source of income here to pursue. I have enetered weekly salary campaign here and thats the time when Bitcoin's price matter cuase the high the amount of the Bitcoin for example today I can obtain a better profit, if I font have any earnings of course it doesnt affects me at all.
