Yeah, relex is a little bit slow to take off in its infancy because using RLX to invest - if it pays in RLX, requires liquidity to sell it to realize ROI. (Etherdelta and Stocks.exchange have almost no liquidity, and coin marketing is very quiet )
So this puts us at a situation where we need new exchanges to grow.
