We did not set a time-line yet, because we our effectivly funding 100% of this ourselfs and are therefor limited and cant just hire a dev for $50k. Therefor, no timeline but we are Doing the best we can. As anyone can see thou, we are making rapid progress.
The swap is about adding the best in tech there currently is, there may even be more then 1 swap, or simply upgrades to the code, we do not 100% know this yet and our looking at the best options there are.
Enough time will be given once the swap happens, for anyone who has coins on the exchange to withdraw them and swap them in, swap period will not be 1 day or 1 hour, it will be ongoing for 2 weeks or more.
Currently there are about 22Million in circulation.
