Since you are newbie, your concern about helping the people in the forum with the known ICO listing sites. I personally like your view and merited your post on that basis. Please explore yourself more and do something to the forum.
I suggest you create and maintain a thread for Top listed ICO on the daily or if you do not able to manage on daily, do weekly report buddy.
