Unfortunately the 7 days of superbowl ended on a sour note for myself.  I took part in both the lossback promo's nitro offered which was great.  Fast forward to today and my account is froze because apparently "they have found an overlap and identified a relationship with another account"  aka multi-accounting.  Needless to say I only have one account I've used so no clue how this happened.

What bugs me is I logged in to my account at least once after it was frozen and yet I got no notice or was made aware at all.  So missed out on the game today.  Not a huge deal but they should really at least give you a notice when you log in if your account is frozen and not wait until you either chat/place a bet to warn you of it.

Never had any problems with Nitro so far.  Hoping this gets sorted out soon.
