I consider this just to hype crypto if it is not backed by an official statement, post the link where you get that report and just don't rely on a buzz, we need reliable news so the price can get back to the right track.

News from this link is just related to miners,and it is 3 day old news.They will allow miners to have their operations in Russia,but will not allow them to sell mined coins in Russia,although this is still the subject of discussion.

Even older news from January 26. say that Russia is published federal law about “On Digital Financial Assets”,but this law is still not valid,it takes 90 days from official publication.

Although I am personally skeptical regarding Russia&Cryptocurrency,this is definitely for now positive news.But I would not be surprised that they make some changes until everything becomes completely official.
