I think Binance is a good exchange with low trading fees and good customer support. Fast withdraw services will depend on the currency you are trying to withdraw e.g in case of Bitcoin it will take on average of 20-30 min and for rest of the crypto it takes less then 5 min.

Bittrex, Polo, Huobi, Kucoin, Binance. I think it is the best Exchange.
Well, I think those mentioned exchange sites was the best already as far as the reviews took so long to be famous around crypto lovers. The traders had to determine the real score behind their story and experiences regarding how trading works on their lives. Personally that experience wise was from bittrex and binance, I've got good trades with them except the others mentioned here. But still I am longing to have trades with them in the future.
