Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..
When i feel stress i try some aromatherapy, candles and incense can be quite calming and i force my self to sleep coz it is very important my friend. Aim for 7-8 hours a night and keep a schedule. I try to keep focusing on what am i doing like watching movies or playing a games to forget, i usually do it with my friends coz when im with them i feel relieve, i think all you need is someone to talk to. I hope my suggestions would help.
