I´m not aware of any exchange that allows verification with only your ID.
Usually they require ID and a document that proves that you actually reside
at the address that you entered during signing up for the exchange.
You should be able to get your account verified using these two things at an exchange like
Bitstamp. I don´t think that they require selfies (I´m not 100 % sure about this,
because I verified myself years ago and things could have changed).
