2. Ubiq Network address (this will be your signed message)

I keep the GEO coin on bittrex, do I have to submit the form? , or wait for bittrex to open the transaction
You do not need to do a manual claim if your coins are currently held on Bittrex exchange, simply just wait for them to complete the swap process and you'll be back in action.
