If you get higher than your salary job in bitcoin, you can quit your job or while on your job you do some bitcoin stuff to gain extra for your income. It's the matter of managing your time , you can do both for more possibilities.
It's not a good idea to quit your job for bitcoin it would be best to have both unless you're planning to start your own business.
