You can invest now, or wait,  wait till you see bitcoin is rising back up again, just before it rises back up, buy some! so you wont wait for it. Or if you want, you can wait for it to be at its lowest point then go buy it its up to you, its your money, its how you plan it, based it on how strategic you are, so definitely its up to you.
