Im thinking about buying iota.  Do you guys suggest keeping iota in the exchange instead such as binance?

Also im bit confused here.  So the iota wallet is very hard to use?  Also there is no password?  If thats the case, how is that even secure?  So when you use the wallet, you have to create your own seed?  How many words is that?  And you basically make up your own words?
