Altcoins are going down because of the effect of Bitcoin's decreasing price. This thing is happening in the market due to the different aspects like facebook and instagram policies on banning cyrptos and ICOs. The market crypto now is being controlled by governments and I think they are doing there best to end up crypto. I would suggest you sell some of your coins and left something.
