You should wait for the coin to hit the exchange. ICO are extremely risky because it not regulated. If you do continue to check out some ICO then look at the team and see if there are any developers. A team with no developers is a red flag. You should also look at the advisor. Do they have experience in the blockchain? The white paper needs to make sense and they need to should a road map, so we can know where they going. You also should check out the market and see if it a booming industry. I haven't check out any new ICO, but there are some altcoins near ICO prices like trinity, bitdegree. These are some good altcoins with excellent team, good white paper, and a decent road map. They already in market, so you can pick some of these coins up if you want to.
